application:GATORFOAM® is a product of the GATOR™ product range. An extremely rigid lightweight graphic arts composite panel with a hard smooth surface on both sides. Excellent for wall attachments and hanging applications (light weight, dimensional stability). Ensures high quality direct printing and mounting applications. Able to accept large format digital images. Adds depth and visual appeal to displays and signages.
panel construction:Laminated sandwich- construction. Consists of an extruded polystyrene core laminated to two resin impregnated faces (proprietary technology).
behaviour in external conditions:The sheet is not flame retardant.
The foam shows no waterabsorption, only in cut cells.
The layer is not resistent against water/humidity.
chemical effects:The Foam is not resistent against solvents, glues containing solvents and holt-melt-adhesive.
The layer is resistent against customary water-based and UV-inks, layer is not resistent against glues and inks containing solvents.
